Payment:
We ask for a 50% down payment on custommade orders in order to cover all material costs etc. The remaining 50% will be paid when the product is finished and ready for delivery. Shipping and handling will be a separate payment on top of your order, but everything will be itemized on your invoice. Everything must be paid in full before we ship your product.
When you put in an order for a custommade light, you agree to our terms and a nonrefundable down payment to cover all materials.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to refund an order at any time. If a commissioner is unreasonable or unwilling to cooperate we will cancel and refund the project. Down payment will not be refunded.

Social Media Disclaimer:
During production we reserve the rights to upload pictures of finished parts and sneak peeks at our leisure. Pictures and updates are mainly uploaded to Instagram and our Facebook page. We reserve the right to upload pictures of all products on any media. If you wish to keep your project a secret please notify upon commissioning.

Shipping:
We ship within Europe using tracking information. Please keep in mind that the shipping cost might differ depending on location.
After shipping out the product we are no longer responsible for the shipment nor any additional fees.

Returns:
All customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return a non-custommade products bought from the website. Custommade products cannot be returned.
Should you wish to return your item, the following conditions must be adhered to:
Items must be returned within 14 days from the day you receive the parcel
Items must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. If an item has been altered in any way, this cannot be returned
Please hold onto your proof of postage receipt until you have received your refund just in case we need to see this in the future. We cannot issue a refund or exchange where a postage receipt cannot be presented to us on request.
All items are quality checked on return. If an item is returned to us damaged or in an unsuitable condition without prior agreement, we may be unable to accept this back and it may be returned to you at an additional cost.
We reserve the right to decline a refund where the above steps have not been taken.

Warranty and repairs:
Should a problem arise with your new product, we will try to fix it as soon as possible. If anything needs repairs within the first 6 months after purchase, we offer free repairs. This only includes failures or damages which are caused during production and not caused by the customer. We are not in any way liable for errors and defects if an attempt has been made to change or repair the items or if they have been used or handled incorrectly. The customer will pay for the shipping.
For any repairs after the first 6 months of ownership, we charge a small fee to cover work hours and material cost. The customer pays for shipping.

Complaints and refunds:
If you want to cancel your order during production the refund will vary depending on the progress of your product. Once a product is completed we cannot offer a refund.
If you wish to complain about anything, please do so as soon as possible. Should you experience a problem, please contact us about it. We will always try our best to make you happy and satisfied.
